Basilio was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He answered any and all questions I had about what is expected when buying a home from A to Z. He was always available for questions and clarification when I needed him. Most importantly he made it so every step of the process was clear to me as for what to expect and I was extremely pleased to not have any surprises along the way because of how thorough he was. I listened to his every direction and do not have a single complaint. As this was my first home I was entirely clueless going into the process and thanks to Basilio I was educated quickly. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home in heart beat!
